Online Banking / Mobile App Availability

The digital updates are now complete. Step by step directions on how to login on a computer or using the new mobile app for the first time can be found here. A short video on how to login can be viewed here. Please note that your Username is the same as your Access ID and your passcode is the last four digits of your SSN or TIN (business banking customers).

Using your smartphone, the first-time login process is the same, however, the first-time login only needs to be completed one time.

IMPORTANT KEY DATES!

THURSDAY, JULY 1:

BillPay Service through Online Banking will be unavailable from July 1 through July 11. Access to BillPay will be removed during this maintenance period, however, your bills will continue to pay during this time (other online banking functions will be available through July 8).

Customers who use BillPay are strongly encouraged to schedule/input all payments by June 30 to avoid any delays in payment.

Please make note of your Access ID prior to July 8 so you have it handy for future login use. Beginning Monday, July 12, your online/mobile banking Access ID will be referred to as “Username.” In addition, customers with special characters in their current Access ID should review this information.

THURSDAY, JULY 8:

The Online Banking Enhancement Process will begin at 4:00 PM EST.

  • Mobile App will be unavailable.
  • Online Banking will be unavailable.
  • Anytime Bankline will be unavailable.

At 8:00 AM, Online Banking will be available. Customers can also download the New Mobile Banking App and enjoy the enhanced system.*

*Some services may not be available on July 12, 2021, but will be accessible shortly thereafter.

Special Information for Online/Mobile customers

Online Banking Beginning at 4:00 PM EST on July 8, Online Banking will not be available. Service will resume on July 12 at 8:00 AM EST. Account login information will be reset. The appearance of online banking and how you navigate the web pages will change. On July 12, customers may login using their current user ID. Users will be prompted to enter the last four digits of their SSN to establish a new password. Transaction history for the last 90-120 days will be available, with additional history loaded after initial sign on. Account holder must login twice within the first 60 days after the system update.
Mobile app Existing app on both Apple and Android platforms will disable at 4:00 PM EST on July 8. Please review BillPay changes, as these will also change on the mobile app. Installation of new app, Citizens Bank & Trust FL, will be required. The new app will be available for installation on July 12. Customers may search for the app in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Links are also located on the bank website at www.citizens-bank.com.
BillPay BillPay Service through Online Banking will be unavailable from July 1 through July 11. Access to BillPay will be removed during this maintenance period. Your bills will continue to pay during this time.
  • Customers should set up all bill payments prior to July 1.
  • Any transaction history that may be needed during the bank-wide maintenance should be printed or downloaded.
All payments that have been entered prior to July 1 will pay as usual.
E-bill E-bills, both to view and pay within online banking, will disable on July 1.
  • To avoid missed payments, e-bill customers should schedule all bills before July 1.
  • Customer should make note of all e-bills on file, as access will end on July 1.
  • No new payment changes or new payments may be scheduled/input July 1 through July 11.
Re-enrollment process for e-bills can begin on July 12. Customer should contact each e-bill payee to re-enroll.
Check Register Categories Check register categories will not be retained. Customers should download check register category history prior to July 8, 2021. Check register categories can be set up after login on July 12.
Internal Transfers/ Regular Principal & Interest Loan Payments Internal transfers and loan payments will continue as usual. No action required. Examples of internal transfers would include transfers from checking to savings.
Principal-Only Loan Payments Online Banking Enhancement Process requires this to be set up again. On or after July 12, principal-only loan payments should be set up again.
External Transfers Online Banking Enhancement Process requires this to be set up again. Examples of external transfers would include the transfer of funds to another financial institution.
Electronic Statements All accounts will receive two (2) statements in July. The first statement ending date will be July 8. The second statement will close at the end of the current statement cycle. No action required. Customers currently signed up to receive electronic statements will continue to receive statements in this format. No additional action needed.
