Online Banking

Our Online Banking provides 24/7 access to your Citizens Bank & Trust accounts through your computer, tablet or smartphone. This gives you the ability to conveniently check your balances, make transfers to your other Citizens Bank & Trust accounts, view check images, request electronic statements, send us secure messages, and much more. With our Online Bill Pay feature you can even receive and pay bills electronically, as well as set up recurring payments.

As your financial partner, we also want to provide you with tools to manage your finances. Our Online Banking system allows you to download your account transaction history to QuickBooks™or Quicken®.

Enrolling in Online Banking is simple and quick. Follow these instructions to self-enroll. For assistance or more information, contact your local Citizens Bank & Trust office.

  • Click the Account Login button at the top of the page.
  • A login screen will appear. Click on "First time user? Enroll now."
  • Complete the New user enrollment information. (Note: Information entered must match information on file with Citizens Bank & Trust, including Social Security Number and Account Number)
  • Enter the verification code provided to you.
  • Read and accept the User Agreement to continue.
  • Create your username and password
  • Welcome to Online Banking with Citizens Bank & Trust!

In addition, Online Banking customers can download our Mobile Banking App, giving you access to all Online Banking services and Mobile Remote Deposit Anywhere. The Mobile Banking First-Time Login Guide provides instructions on how to enroll in Online Banking from your mobile device.

The login information used for Online Banking is the same information used to login to the Mobile Banking App. You only need to enroll one time.

Your mobile carrier's message and data rates may apply. Availability may be affected by your mobile device's coverage area. Mobile Banking requires Online Banking Enrollment. Mobile Remote Deposit Anywhere is supported on all major platforms. For iPhone®/iPad®: requires iOS 12.0 or later; Android® requires version 6.0 or later.
