Doug McPherson
VP, Private Banking Officer
Douglas “Doug” W. McPherson joined Citizens Bank & Trust in 2016 and serves as Vice President and Private Banker for Lakeland, Western Polk County, Hillsborough and Pasco Counties. As a private banker, Doug brings a concierge level of service to his clients working with high net worth individuals, families and business owners to bring the full array of investment, fiduciary, wealth planning, banking and credit solutions to the relationship.
Doug is a proud native Floridian, born in Okeechobee and growing up in Polk County. He joined Citizens Bank & Trust from J.P. Morgan where he was Vice President and Private Client Advisor in Palm Beach County. He received his Associate of Arts from Polk State College and his Bachelor of Science in Finance and Marketing from Florida State University.
Doug and his wife Tammy have three children, and they reside in Auburndale. He enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf and watching Florida State athletics and auto sports. He holds his FINRA Series 7, 63 and 66 licenses, as well as the Life, Health and Variable Annuity license from the State of Florida.
