LAKE WALES, FL – Citizens Bank & Trust has installed a state-of-the-art Interactive Teller Machine (ITM) and 24-Hour ATM in the City of Mulberry. The machine, located at 803A N. Church Avenue, offers traditional ATM services to both Bank customers and non-customers. In addition, during regular business hours, users can choose to speak with a live Citizens Bank & Trust teller, who can assist with transactions traditionally performed in-person at a bank office location. Regular business hours are Monday – Thursday from 8:00am – 5:00pm and Friday from 8:00am – 6:00pm.

A ribbon cutting ceremony to celebrate the new Virtual Branch is scheduled for Thursday, April 9 at 10:00am. An open house will be held after the ceremony, where Bank representatives will be onsite until noon to answer questions and demonstrate the live teller capabilities of the machine. The public is welcome to attend.
