An ITM has innovative banking technology that allows you to conduct teller transactions via video conferencing without driving to one of our office locations. A Citizens Bank & Trust employee will assist you virtually with each transaction.

The machine located at 803A N Church Ave in Mulberry operates in two different ways (two settings).

ATM – When operating the machine as a traditional ATM, a debit card is needed for bank transactions. A credit card is needed for cash advances. Only transactions offered through the touch screen can be done while operating the machine as a traditional ATM.

ITM – When the “live teller” option is selected on the screen, the machine is operating as an ITM. A debit card and/or photo ID will be used to confirm identity for transactions. The live teller speaks to you directly in real time and can assist you with additional transactions that may not be available when operating as a traditional ATM.

Outside regular business hours¹ the machine will operate as a traditional ATM.

No. Anyone can use the machine and operate it as a traditional ATM or as an ITM.

When you are ready, simply touch the screen to be connected directly to one of our interactive tellers. After a brief pause and the live teller is on the screen, you will be asked to scan your ID for identification. When ready, the teller can assist with your banking transaction.

Yes! When operating the machine as an ITM, the live teller on the screen is a Citizens Bank & Trust employee. You may even recognize them from visits to our nearby office location.

Our ITM is located at 803A N. Church Avenue. We also have sixteen office locations, each with a traditional ATM. Our closest office is just a short drive north at 5850 Florida Ave. S.

Yes! This machine can be used as a traditional ATM and an ITM for both customers and non-customers. A live teller can assist customers with a variety of services that could also be done inside an office location or at the drive thru. Non-customers are also able to use the ITM.

Yes. The conversation between you and the live teller is private. The live teller uses a headset to privately hear you during the transaction. The volume can also be adjusted by you on the ITM.

No. Transactions made at the machine – both when used as a traditional ATM or during a live teller session – are made in real time. When operating as an ITM, your account will be updated by the live teller just as timely as it is when you come inside the bank.
