LAKE WALES, FL – Brandie Mercer has joined Citizens Bank & Trust as Office Manager and Bank Officer. She leads the Edgewood office in Lakeland, located at 1985 E. Edgewood Drive.
A lifelong resident of Polk County, Brandie is a graduate of Tenoroc High School and has over six years of banking experience. She previously worked in law enforcement. With a strong foundation in customer service and leadership, Brandie is committed to delivering exceptional service to her customers and through service to the community. She is currently a member of the American Business Women’s Association (ABWA) and the Lakeland Chamber.
