Donna Chapman, CTFA

Vice President and Trust Officer

Donna Chapman joined Citizens Bank & Trust in 2008. She currently serves as Operations and Compliance Manager for the Trust and Investment Services Division of the bank. Donna specializes in and has extensive knowledge in the areas of trust and estate administration. Her experience and attention to detail serve her well in her current role.

Prior to joining Citizens Bank & Trust, Donna spent 5 years with SunTrust Bank as a senior trust administrator. Prior to this, she spent 30 years with Barnett Bank, now part of Bank of America. She spent 3 years in the bank’s accounting department and then transferred to the trust department where she remained for the next 27 years.

Donna is drawn to the trust arena by the multifaceted challenges that trust and estate administration present. She values the uniqueness of each client relationship.

Donna was raised in Haines City and now lives in Winter Haven. She loves to travel and has traveled extensively in the US and abroad.
