Business Application Process

Contact your local branch office or commercial loan officer.

At Citizens Bank and Trust, we understand the business loan application process can be intimidating. Our friendly business loan officers make the process as smooth as possible and are here to lend a hand.

To assist you in preparing for your loan application, below you will find a list of documents that will be requested:

  • 3 years Business Tax Returns (with all schedules)
  • 3 years Business Financial Statements (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet)
  • 3 years Personal Tax Returns (with all schedules)
  • Updated Personal Financial Statement (less than 6 months old)
  • Corporate Documents (i.e. Articles of Incorporation, Partnership Agreement)

The following documentation may be needed depending on the type of financing requested:

  • Purchase Agreement
  • Rent Rolls
  • List of Inventory
  • List of Receivables with Aging (i.e. 30 days, 60 days, 90 days)
  • Schedule of Debt
