The 28th Annual Mayor’s Prayer Luncheon will be held on March 21, 2013 at the Bartow Civic Center. Doors open at 11:00 a.m. and lunch begins at 11:30 a.m. This year’s speaker is John Rivers, owner of 4 Rivers Barbeque in Orlando. He has an awesome story to tell, don’t miss it.
